The landlord agrees to provide a rent concession as outlined in the lease agreement. If the tenant terminates the lease early, the full value of the concession may become due. The concession may be applied as a one-time credit. The concession typically applies only to the initial lease term and may not be available upon renewal. The concession is non-transferable and applies only to the original tenant(s) named in the lease. Any violation of lease terms may result in the immediate cancellation of the concession and repayment of any discounted rent. The landlord reserves the right to enforce repayment of the concession value if any of the above conditions are not met.
